LOCATION
Ljubanista is a village near Ohrid, Macedonia. It is located right on the Macedonian - Albanian border, about 2 kilometers from the monastery complex St.Naum and the source of the river Black Drim, about 28 km from Ohrid. Ljubanista has several beaches.
This complex has great historical, cultural and tourist value for the entire state. According to the census in 2002, Ljubanista has a population of 171 citizens. Most of them are older people living in the upper part of the village, mostly in authentic old houses made out of stones. The “new”, renovated weekend houses are mostly located in the lower part of the village and they are used only for summer vacation.

Only two kilomenters near Ljubanista, is the biggest tourist attraction in Ohrid - St. Naum Monastery.
