Tickets

Should I bring my personal documents?
Under the law of the Republic of Macedonia everyone is obligated to always carry a personal identification document with them, thus at the festival it is mandatory to carry a personal document with you .

Can I cancel or return the ticket?
Cancellation of purchased tickets and money refund is not possible without the financial account.

What should I do if I buy a fake ticket?

Only the tickets that are purchased from authorized stores are valid. If you purchase a ticket from other places, you yourself will bear the consequences.

How many times can I enter/exit the camp during the festival?
The camp wristlet is your personal ticket. As long as you have it, the entrance/exit is unlimited.

CAN I BRING:


Alcohol?
No. Importation of alcohol and any other liquids at the festival is forbidden. Beer, wine, juice, water etc., can be bought at the festival.

Food?
No. You can buy any kind of food, from fresh vegetables and fruits to finished products, at the festival.

Can I bring my pet with me?
No.  Not just for the safety of the pet, but also for the safety of the other visitors.

What alcoholic beverages will be available at the festival?
You can buy beer, white and red wine, and other alcoholic drinks.

Place where I can leave my things?
It does not exist. Please keep an eye on all your things and don’t carry too much stuff with you.  Also, keep in mind that your luggage will be checked at the entrance.

Info panels?
Yes, the Alarm info panel will be marked accurately.

Can I address the security if I need them?
Certainly. In case you need help you can call the security.

Can I light a fire or prepare a grill?
For security reasons, those things are forbidden.

First Aid?
The first aid, the emergency crew of the Red Cross and the fire team will be stationed in the camp.

Since the camp is part of the festival are there any special tickets or everyone can enter the camp?
Entrance in the camp is allowed only with the camp wristlet that every guest will receive when entering the festival.

Who is responsible for the lost/left things in the camp?
For the left/lost things the organizers do not bear any responsibilities.

Is it necessary to leave certain documents at the entry and which one?
It is necessary to carry an ID card or passport, but only for identification.

Is there a security in the camp and for what is responsible?
Wardens are engaged and they will be there for your safety. They will be in charge and in control of who has the right to stay in camp and you can always ask them for help and guidance.

Are there any showers with hot water and toilets?
The campers will have showers with hot water available and there will be common toilets for all the visitors at the festival.

Are mobile phones allowed at the festival?
Yes.

Are online services available at the festival?
Yes, we are trying to make the camp a free Internet zone.

Can I smoke cigarettes at the festival? Are there any nonsmoking areas?
ALARM festival takes place outdoors and there are no nonsmoking areas.

What will the weather be during the festival?

Where can I stay during the festival and how much it will cost me?
At the Alarm festival you can be accommodated in a camp trailer or a tent. For detailed information, click here.

What can I buy at the festival?
At the festival you can buy all kinds of drink and food, as well as official souvenir merchandise.

Will the time table of the concerts be published precisely?

The time table will be published on our website and on the flyers. Given that there are over 100 performers featuring at the Alarm festival, it may come to unforeseen situations and even to changes in the time for performances.

Can I bring recording equipment?
Professional cameras and video cameras (with variable lens) can be carried with you along with the previously received press card, while others (no variable lens) do not require accreditation.

TRAVEL

Can I park the car on the spot?
No. Alarm festival is not intended as parking space.

Where can I park the car?
You can park the car 1 km before the entrance of ALARM festival, on the official parking lot. You have 10 minutes walking to the entrance of the festival.

How much will the parking ticket cost?
The block ticket for all days during the ALARM festival is 100 denars. The unit cost per day is 50 denars.
